I help by teaching you how to identify the thoughts that are driving your worries. By identifying your thoughts we are able to determine the root of where the anxiety is coming from. Maybe this stems from previous experiences, maybe from distorted thought patterns, or maybe environmental stressors. From there we will begin to reconstruct your thoughts in a more realistic, truthful manner that helps to decrease the worries you are having. The result is you start feeling better, less anxious, and more confident in not only your thoughts but also in yourself.
